Losing a patient is difficult, especially when going through the experience alone. The other day, I had a patient rapidly declining. Bailey did not think twice as she jumped in and helped me pass my medications and check on my other patients. She was there at the bedside, helping me prepare my patient for comfort care. She was extremely compassionate, caring, and very helpful.

After the patient passed away, Bailey was very helpful in helping me get through all the aftercare for the patient. Thanks to Bailey, I was able to make the patient’s transition as peaceful as possible. I know that without having Bailey there to help, I would not have been able to process this loss.
