I am writing to share our deepest gratitude for Nurse Bailey, who cared for my grandmother in the emergency room today. Going to the ER is incredibly stressful, especially with a patient who is confused. Nurse Bailey was an absolute angel to my grandmother and brought an immense sense of calm to both of us.

My grandmother spent much of the visit staring into Bailey’s eyes and constantly wanted to hold her hand. Every single time, Bailey took her hand and rubbed it with the genuine warmth and tenderness she would show her own grandmother.

Even though my grandmother was very confused and couldn't understand the medical details, Bailey still took the time to talk directly to her. She explained everything and reassured her every single step of the way.

Bailey’s clinical skill was excellent, but her extraordinary compassion is what we will never forget. Please ensure Bailey is recognized for her outstanding care and big heart.
