My mom has been in the hospital away from us since December with only one day of being at rehab. Up until now, I have not witnessed the compassion and exceptional patient care that Baillie has shown us in only one day.

Given COVID, we have not been able to see my mom at all throughout this holiday season. Baillie took the time to offer us to FaceTime my mom. My daughter, grandson, and I were able to FaceTime my mom and see her finally smile. It meant the world to us. Baillie also took the time to update us regularly on my mom’s care, especially given the uncertainty of her needing to be transferred to a different hospital. Baillie embodies beyond the compassion and outstanding patient care I could ask for. It was a relief to feel rest assured my mom was being well taken care of when we could not be there at the bedside with her. Baillie was only my mom’s nurse part of one day yet ended up making one of the most lasting impacts on my mom and our family. People like Baillie deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond.
