I had recently had an emergency C-section and my newborn was taken to NICU due to breathing difficulties and the risk of infection. Baimon went above and beyond to ensure not only my baby’s care but also that of my husband and me. She provided clear explanations, guidance, and emotional support throughout the stressful situation. Baimon was unwavering in her efforts to establish proper breathing and to assist me with breastfeeding from day one until the point when I was fully confident. She celebrated each small victory with us. Her dedication and compassionate care made the difficult experience much more manageable. I am grateful for all that she did for our family. I am grateful because she was by our side through the toughest moments and provided invaluable comfort.
