Baldip has treated my husband on several occasions over the years and she always treats him as a friend, a human being, with dignity and respect! Speaks TO him not at or over. She shows him that he matters, he's being taken care of and she's doing ALL she can to make him and I feel welcomed and comfortable. She is awesome, Kaiser is lucky to have her, and so are we!!!
