Baljinder Nikki Pannu, RN

My 11 year old had a very big surgery. We came to the pediatric unit after 2 long days in the ICU with staff that always seemed too busy to help. We met Nikki Pannu on the 5th day of our stay. She was so very kind to my daughter and really helped us as well, giving us helpful suggestions regarding how to care for my daughter, even getting her to eat, drink, and walk. Nikki stepped in to do everything with her and explained things in great detail.
