We met Bally on day one of my mum's month-long stay here. From the moment we were introduced, she was a positive source of information and support. The level of care and compassion Bally provided was a massive boost for my mum. As a senior member of staff, often burdened with admin, Bally still found time to talk to us and assist us. She is a truly fantastic member of the team here. A credit to the hospital, A+ top marks, a fantastic nurse.
