I came into Beaumont Royal Oak with the most horrific headache pain ever, worse than I have ever had. I cried on Balsam's shoulder she comforted me and she spoke kind words, she worked with my doctors to get my meds scheduled in a manner that would hopefully benefit me. When all else was failing, this beautiful soul took time to literally rub the pressure points on my head for a few minutes to allow me to relax enough to go to sleep for just a little while. Something I hadn't been able to do much of. Balsam is and always will be a truly bright light for me with Beaumont Hospitals.
