Barb makes sure that she answers all of my questions and concerns about my children. She goes above and beyond to give me more information about concerns as well. Her service is never ever short of my high expectations. She is consistent in this way. She is kind and careful when working with my family's needs. She and her office are sure to follow-up in a timely manner whenever needed. I'm thankful for her and she's one of the only reasons I remain doing business with the Lutheran Health Network.
