Barb was always very helpful in the process of teaching us 1st-time parents how to handle and care for our preemie. When we would leave at night, she would ease our minds and tell us to call anytime. She provided and covered everything a new family would need to know. She made us feel like no question was wrong. She spoke and showed us in ways we could understand and the reason why we should do things that way. Barb takes pride in her job; you can tell she is knowledgeable with her patients and her coworkers. She speaks to everyone with kindness and confidence. We also loved her own baby stories from her own children. Barb greets us when we arrive and keeps us informed on our baby's gains while we were gone. Our baby was always clean and happy while in her care. She always kept checking back to make sure our family was comfortable.
