She gives 110% to whatever challenge or task she is given. She may not "touch" patients in her current role, but she has a significant impact on the lives of our dialysis patients. She works to ensure our patients receive the best care possible in the more than 100 facilities she oversees. She doesn't tolerate mediocre performance, and she verifies that all of her centers operate in a safe manner, providing service excellence to all that treat with us. She always drives for improved performance and is willing to assist others in their growth and success.
