My brother-in-law is a patient in Nurse Barbara's unit. His condition is critical. Barbara is the most compassionate, caring, and kind person that I have ever observed in a hospital. Her compassion for this sick man is so humbling.
The other day as Barbara was doing her duties, she was talking to him and explaining every detail that she was going to do. As I watched her wipe his face and eyes, I had tears running down my face. Her knowledge of medicine is amazing. She can answer all our questions and help us understand. Even though my brother-in-law is very critical, Barbara continues to bring us hope and faith.
