When I arrived to visit my grandson, Barbara gave me an update on his progress. She had read him a book, and he was asleep. Minutes later he started to cry uncontrollably. Barbara didn't give him more medications to calm him. Instead, she caressed his hair and talked to him. Her voice was very soothing to him and the more she talked, the calmer he got. It took a little time, but she never got frustrated and kept talking to him until he fell asleep. It seemed like they have a special bond, or that Barbara has the magic touch. She is an angel and I need her to know that my grandson and I appreciate and thank her.
