Barbara stayed extremely calm while I was having a psychotic episode and sat with me for quite a while. She helped me to feel not so alone and offered me solutions to my frustrations. I appreciate her outgoing and non-judgmental approach, it made me feel like someone truly cared about me and resonated with my pain.
