The experience I had in the ER was truly remarkable. My son is special needs and he was treated with kindness and empathy. Barb was especially efficient and skilled at her job. She had to insert an NG tube and she did it quicker and easier than we had ever experienced in the past. After spending the night, I was in need of coffee. I went to the cafeteria and there was Barb. She could have just not said anything, but she spoke up and told the person behind the counter that I should have a guest breakfast. That was special because I didn't bring any cash with me. Barb is a very caring and helpful nurse.
