Barbara was very helpful in so many ways. I came in for pre-op and she gave me so many tips and pointers on what to get ready for surgery. She explained the whole process detail for detail so I would know exactly what to expect and I wouldn't get any unwanted surprises. Barbara helped me to be less nervous and my husband and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you, Barbara!
