Barbara helped me when I'd had a hysterectomy and all my doctors were on vacation and I had a post-op fever and pain and was frightened with no idea what to do. I walked into OB/GYN after the advice nurse instructed me to get a urine test. Barbara brought me in and listened carefully and made sure there was coverage and that I was able to get the antibiotics I needed. She then monitored emails and called me directly and helped me to get an appointment with another surgeon. She was my rock!
