I called last week to subscribe to/attend a breastfeeding preparation class and mentioned on the phone that it's my first baby, and it's important for me to take it. The lady on the phone gave the date and time. I live in Brighton, so I double check three times if it's the right time and day. I also mentioned my due date and that I am 34 weeks pregnant. When I showed up at the hospital, they said that it is no prep group, only a support group that day. It was very frustrating to come all the way here for nothing. But then I met Barbara, and she gave me one hour of class in her own time and her own wish. She helped me A LOT!!! Answered all of my questions. I can tell she is a true professional who takes care of patients. She saved my day and turned a bad experience into a good one. I truly think she should be rewarded for that.
