Barb is always so supportive of our staff. We are able to approach her with any issues and she takes the time to listen and gives great advice. She has come in on her days off to provide support if needed. She came in on Christmas (which she had off) and brought the staff homemade cookies and candy, it made it a little easier to be away from our families. If there is ever an issue on the floor she is always willing to step in and provide service recovery. The patients and their families always compliment her on her professionalism and kind words.
The department would definitely not run as smoothly as it does without Barb.
