My visit to SDS was an excellent experience. My previous visits were for scary medical problems. This one was elective. I went into this with complete confidence in my doctor. I knew everything would be ok. Barb was kind and efficient, shared information, and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt very safe having her there with me. I wish I could explain more, but her presence really gave me reassurance. There were no little boo-boos or goof-ups, which can happen in a busy place. She paid attention to me and to what I had to say, and I never felt like I was a burden in any way. My day at Hackettstown Medical Center was a positive experience for me, and Barb made it just that much better.
