Barbara is so very special. It was like getting the service and attention great professional and quality nurses used to give while I was growing up. She's so sweet, humble, kind and able to speak to you, with you, and hear you.
She answered any doubts I had and even though I wanted more water which was not good for my potassium levels (which she explained) she placed needed boundaries in a manner that did not make me feel demeaned. I love that.
I appreciated that I could feel like I had a dependable, caring, loving and most of all, knowledgeable nurse caring for me. I want to feel safe and that I matter when I come here. I chose Holy Cross for that same reason and she delivered.
