Barb was absolutely incredible in the way that she took the time to care and support me through a very difficult time. I felt like I was truly being cared for during my stay. Her very nature is so nurturing; she took the time to get to know me when she came in for the evening shift.

I just cannot express the safety I felt. I wish she were there both day and night. She was supportive while I struggled, and I truly cannot give her enough praise. Her steadying presence was invaluable and should be treated with compassion and grace.
