Barbara has gone "above and beyond the call of duty" for over two years. She calls the house with test results and guides me weekly regarding my medications. She knows more about my case than anyone and advised the need for hospitalization (several times) which prevented life threatening situation from happening. I owe my life to this person - she's a doctor in nurse's clothing. Her knowledge & concern is over the top.

Barbara was nominated by her patient that she took care of for two years. Unfortunately, at the time of the presentation of the award the patient had passed.
