I had a complete knee replacement of my left knee. When I woke up in my room, the first thing I saw was a smiley face ---It was my nurse, Barbara Ross. I am incredibly grateful for her patience, kindness, and understanding. We spent time talking about the movies, actors, and actresses we liked, which truly lifted my spirits. Despite being in so much pain, Barb managed to bring a smile to my face. Barb puts her patients first, making them feel loved and cared for, especially during such difficult times.

If I ever have a chance to meet you again, Barb, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and for making me smile when I needed it the most. You have truly made a difference in my life.
