Barbara goes above and beyond each and every time my daughter or family has seen her. She explains all the details and will go over again if needed to make sure the patient understands. Some examples include:

Chemo class, done for patients by Barbara on her own time, my family was almost an hour late as we thought the class started at 6 pm, Barbara stayed afterwards to go over information that we missed during the first 45 minutes. Barbara has shown empathy and compassion each and every time my daughter had an appointment. Barbara educates my daughter, the patients, and family each and every time we are there for appointments. My daughter and family feel very comfortable with Barbara. She has a warm heart.
