Barbara is definitely an awesome team player. She answers so many call lights it's easy to forget who her assigned patients are because she treats everyone like her assigned patient. As soon as she gets here she's giving it her all, until the moment the day is done. It's evident this is not just a job for her, she really cares about these patients. The hospital would be a better environment with more people like her.
