Barb went through many telephone calls and time to help me go over my medications and get my pill amounts sorted out. Halfway through our calls back and forth, I wanted to just give up but she kept herself together when I know she had to be frustrated too. She kept calm and when we sorted it all out she got me to laugh!
But I couldn't have done that if she didn't step up and do it for me. I have been coming to neurology for a long time now and am so thankful for the staff of kind and friendly people. I know I could get help as usual from Barb but she went far and beyond what she would be expected to.
Just wanted you to know what a good nurse you have in Barb Son.
