Basilio is very informative, professional, and knowledgeable. He efficiently multitasks while providing excellent care. Basilio made me laugh numerous times. He also caused my wife and his colleagues to laugh which lightened an otherwise heavy atmosphere. He made my hospital stay a unique an actually enjoyable experience, as odd as that may sound.
Note: This is Basilio's second DAISY Award!
