We met Bassem after being transferred to 7 String from the Emergency Department. On our second night here, I could not have asked for a better nurse. Bassem has the best bedside manner. He is so kind and caring. He didn't mind all our questions. When we asked him for anything, he would say, I can get that for you" or "I will find out for you." He has a kind and caring heart. Bassem is a good man who believes in God. He seems like he believes there is good in all people unless proven wrong. He could not have treated us any better if we were his own mom or dad. He knows his job. He is very knowledgeable. He does a very good job. Bassem is well prepared. He wears a belt that carries all his supplies which saves him time so he doesn't have to take time to go get anything. He is ready for any situation. We were blessed to have him as a nurse. Bassem is extraordinary because of his love for God.
