Tania has been my rock over the past year. I have AML and was diagnosed with terminal cancer in April of this year. Tania has gone above and beyond the care and support she has given me, even going to pick up and get things (medications or something she thinks will help me).

Tania gives me a cuddle when I am not coping with my emotions, and I know that she is always here for me, and if she can’t be, she makes sure that I have the support I need. I can never put into words how much Tania’s support has meant to me, and I will be forever grateful. Tania is more than an extraordinary nurse; she is such a caring person. 

I am very lucky to have her as my palliative nurse.
