My husband was transferred from another hospital one evening. The nurses were great. On a Monday morning, this little nurse came into the room and said "good morning my name is Baylee Deese and I'll be your nurse today". Her soft tone and compassion were awesome. Baylee has been patient and understanding with my husband. She made him feel very comfortable; the soft-spoken voice just brought him peace. Her professional care was great. She took her time making us feel as if we were the only patient she had. My husband's glucose would drop or elevate at times and she would be in the room assisting him to help him feel better. Baylee would educate us on some of the things we didn't know as well. Baylee's nursing skills were impressive and she continued to impress me during our stay. Skills like: bedside manner; honesty; passion. It's one thing to be an excellent nurse, but with bedside manners is truly a blessing. Baylee goes beyond her call of nursing.
