Baylie was my mother's nurse, caring for her as a stroke patient. Baylie was the kind of nurse I've never seen before. She was more than attentive to my mother's needs. She pitched in with personal care needs, in addition to her medical responsibilities. She took time from her duties to explain mother's circumstances to me, offer me additional reading, reassure and comfort a very distraught daughter, all with a cheerful and willing demeanor. She truly loves her job and her patients and demonstrates that love in kind and thoughtful and meaningful gestures. Her attention to the smallest of comforts calmed and soothed my agitated mother as well as reassured me. I knew how very busy she must be, but she took time willingly and gladly. I was grateful and shocked at the ease with which she does her job.

Baylie has shown my family and me the courtesy of keeping us informed in detail, which greatly improved my quality of care at LAH. Baylie was always ready to advise us of the purpose of a test or treatment. Her attitude and personality was outstanding and a real plus for LAH.
