Bea Ann was so good with E. She was very personable. She connected with us as she used to live in our home town and also she is a UK fan! She always had E's best interest in mind. She always made E feel comfortable and free to express any concerns. She always kept us informed of changes. She kept in touch with E's physician team and kept us updated always. We were all comfortable with her knowledge and skill. E trusted and valued her opinion. She is a great asset to your organization. She is a very compassionate, kind hearted person and an excellent clinician. She is a role model. She came back to see E on her last day of discharge when she had been pulled to another floor to work. She was a blessing to us during a very stressful time.
