Bea was really nice and understanding. I was very nervous, but her kind attitude made the process easier for me. I have autism with hyper-empathy which means that i feel others emotions intensely. She made me feel relaxed, didn't rush me, and explained everything patiently. Her gentle approach and the fact that she took her time with me made it possible for me to go through the process without any problems. Usually, I struggle making contact with staff to ask questions, but I didn't have this issue with this nurse. I felt that if I had a problem with anything, she would understand, especially given the kind of procedure I was going for. She is one of the best nurses I have ever met. I wish everybody were as kind, understanding, and helpful as she is. It really made a difference. I wish her all the best and hope that she never changes.
