My wife and I found out at our 20 week baby appointment her cervix had failed and losing our child was and is probable. The beginning of our stay was hard. We were scared and in shock. Bea Jai was our light in a very dark, scary place.
From the beginning she treated my wife like her family. She fought for us when they wanted to send us home and let whatever happens, happen. She cared. At our lowest point she was the sole reason we remained at NEA Baptist. We remain scared and nervous, but we found relief in the knowledge in Bea Jai. She is our champion! No matter how this goes, although we are praying for the best, I will always feel in debt to her and she will always have a place in our hearts.
To me she not only represents everything this award stands for, she was a Godsend that put the life of my child above all. Thank you so much Bea Jai.
