Bea Robison was asked to help make a restless patient comfortable while that patient’s nurse attended to another patient. The patient was about to be on Hospice and was emotionally drained. Bea was found sitting at his bedside, holding his hand and starting to shave his scruff. He was relaxed and finally at peace. She had written her name on a piece of paper for him to read. He was content reading her name and smiling the rest of the shift.
This is just one example of how Bea shows compassion to patients and how she goes out of her way to assist her coworkers.
