Beatrix A Castelly, RN

Nurse Beatrix Castelly was wonderful. Her attitude was positive, and her tone of voice was caring. She made my daughter and I feel cared for and listened to. My daughter requires special attention and care when it comes to the special medications she requires. I finally didn't have to beg or pace, call the nurse station phone over and over to ensure that the patient received her medication on time to prevent a life-altering or ending event. Beatrix came in and hit the ground running. She listened to our concerns and complaints and immediately went to work to fix them without showing any judgment or questioning our feelings. Cudos, Beatrix, for a job well done. You are a blessing.
