To HM3 Beatriz Campos, thanks so much for caring for my daughter. I appreciate your patience. Beatriz met us at the front desk and took us to a back room to get ready for surgery. After noticing that my daughter was anxious and afraid, Beatriz asked her to tell the story of her deployed dad. I was touched and surprised that she would really want to hear it, so my daughter told it, and Beatriz listened. Even if it was a long story, we never felt rushed. It felt like Beatriz had all the time in the world for us. Something as simple and easy as that made my daughter relax and forget about her day. After surgery, Beatriz was there with a welcoming attitude and a big smile. To this day, my daughter remembers Beatriz and how she wanted to hear the story of her deployed dad. Thank you, Beatriz, for what you did. It meant a lot to me.
