Beatriz is truly unique, not just for her fantastic work but for her overall manner. Beatriz is kind, caring, and empathetic, with the skill and confidence to reassure and calm patients even when they are feeling very low. She takes the time to listen to us and answers any questions we have, thoroughly explaining everything to us. She really feels like more than a nurse to us, indeed a friend. She goes above and beyond.

One night when my husband was in a very bad way, she sat with him, reassured him to eat something at a time when he really struggled to eat anything. Not only has she helped and cared for my husband, but she has supported me through some tough times during chemo cycles. Beatriz is a wonderful nurse; thank you for everything!
