Beatriz is kind, caring, and empathetic, with the skill and confidence to reassure and calm patients even when they are feeling very low. She takes the time to listen to us and answers any questions we have, thoroughly explaining everything to us. She really feels like more than a nurse to us, indeed a friend. She goes above and beyond.
