Professor Rottscheit has been an incredible role model throughout my nursing education because she truly leads with compassion, professionalism, and dedication. What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about helping students grow into confident and knowledgeable nurses. She never settles for students simply memorizing information; instead, she encourages us to think critically, ask questions, and fully understand the "why" behind patient care.

One of the most inspiring things about Becky is the effort she puts into helping students succeed. She never makes students feel like a burden for asking questions and is always willing to spend extra time making sure we understand the material. Her encouragement builds students' confidence, especially during stressful or difficult moments in nursing school. She motivates students to work harder, believe in their abilities, and become the best nurse they can be.

Professor Rottscheit treats every student with fairness, patience, and respect regardless of their background, experience level, or learning style. She maintains consistent expectations for all students while still understanding that everyone learns differently and may need different types of support. She also works closely with colleagues and the University to ensure students receive the best possible educational experience. Professor Rottscheit is always willing to share knowledge, offer support, and help students grow professionally. Her dedication to collaboration helps create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged, supported, and motivated to succeed.
