Becky is the best nurse I've ever had! She explained everything so that I knew the reasoning for all the medicine and where the doctor was in diagnosing me and the tests that were being performed. Becky made sure we had everything we needed. Due to previous hospitalizations, I was very fearful of needles, so when lab tests were needed, I was very anxious and tearful. She explained how important the tests were and made sure that the technician drawing the blood was the best. She stayed with me, held my hand and we talked about our lives during the needle stick. The amount of sympathy and empathy was astonishing. The best and most caring nurse I have ever had who went above and beyond.
