Becky Clinton-Harmon, RN

The nomination submitted read that Becky always has a smile on her face. She is mentioned during leadership rounding nearly every shift she works. A patient shared that it was comforting to find Becky as the nurse welcoming them when arriving at Crossroads Emergency Room. She is calm, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and compassionate. This is one patient example and I hear the same story over and over about Becky Clinton-Harmon. Her peers talk about "getting-Beckied" because Becky is always the first nurse in the room. She deserves the DAISY Award for going above and beyond and creating a compassionate and safe environment for our patients.
