Becky Coulter, RN

I want to commend Becky Coulter with the DAISY Nurse Leader for the outstanding work she has been doing for the NICU. Her leadership has fostered consistently high employee engagement and excellent patient care outcomes. She has done so much since she's been here; there are no words to describe all the good things she has been doing for the little time she has been with us. She has done many great things for the staff and the unit. Becky is always available day and night, including weekends, to help with whatever is going on with the unit or personal matters. Becky continuously checks in with all the staff to ensure we have all the tools and equipment to do our job. Becky goes above and beyond. Her dedication to helping the unit is remarkable, and she's a fantastic manager. Working with a person like Becky, who is motivated and inspiring the way she is, makes you love your job more as an employee.
