My 80-year-old father-in-law arrived via ambulance after suffering a major heart attack. The ER was great but eventually, we were assigned a room. Even though he had no new issues it was an open bed and we were all happy after a long night/morning! We happen to land Becky as our RN and I truly think that was God's doing. She is a true saint. My 80-year-old father-in-law can be VERY cranky when he doesn't feel good. Becky was so understanding and kind to him! He is also very hard of hearing and she ensured he heard/understood what was going on. She played along with his bit of humor and made him laugh on many occasions which we hadn't seen in a few weeks. She was very kind to us as family members as well! She ensured we were all comfortable and up to date on his upcoming cath procedure. We were all very worried when he arrived and after a very long 15 hours in the ER it was a sigh of relief and a breath of fresh air to get Becky and my father-in-law had a little pep in his step as far as smiling laughing and liking Becky! Thank you will never be enough for her care for my father-in-law. She is the best!
