Becky was phenomenal! She made my husband and I feel at home from the second we walked through the door of the pre-op area. She spoke to us as if we had known her our whole lives. I had multiple questions that she answered honestly and in a knowledgeable manner.
I requested a room to use my breast pump for my infant daughter at home and she went out of her way to find a comfortable and private area for me. After I was done pumping, I realized that I forgot my cooler at home. Before I even had a chance to ask her if they had a bag and ice, she noticed that I had my milk sitting out and offered to take care of getting it into a refrigerator for me.
Once my husband was out of surgery, she made sure his pain was being managed and offered him snacks and water. She absolutely exceeded our expectations and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and compassion. We appreciate you more than words could ever explain!
