My husband and I had just experienced a traumatic birth and hospital stay with our daughter. She had to return to the NICU after we had initially brought her home. We had awful communication with her pediatrician at the time and were so stressed out. From the moment Becky greeted us, we were instantly relieved, and she made us feel like our daughter was safe and going to be well cared for. She went above and beyond for us, even stocking the parent rooms with extra supplies. We are extremely grateful for her!
