Becky Gover, RN

Becky deserves the DAISY Award because of her incredible kindness, compassion, and empathy shown to patients every shift she works. A recent example of this was when we had a confused patient who was uncooperative in her care, but Becky found that she loved Motown music. She played music and danced with the patient, which made the patient cooperative with the treatments the healthcare team was trying to administer, but it also brought joy into the room. This is just a small example of the amazingness that Becky brings to the unit, patients, and her coworkers.
