Becky demonstrates excellence above and beyond duties for every baby she cares for. Becky typically cares for our long-term babies and ensures they get the special care like they would receive at home. She makes special outfits for babies. Most recently she decorated a baby's room with streamers and hats for his birthday. When I oriented she always shared the personal touches each baby liked. She brings in bags of soaps and lotions for baths. She takes clothes home to wash and ensures every baby and family is provided exceptional care. She keeps in touch with NICU graduates many of whom send pictures in outfits Becky made for their children.
