Becky Ledger, BSN, RN

Becky has been the epitome of an excellent leader since the moment I started at Ohio Health. She has always welcomed me with open arms, and I know I am more than just a numbered employee to her. Over the past couple of months, she has significantly helped me grow my career. She has mentored me, helped with interview processes, and helped me join committees to become more involved in Ohio Health. She has allowed me to sit in on meetings and has helped me network, all while never making me feel like a burden. I feel continuously supported by Becky, and she makes it clear that she cares about her employees and their futures, not just whether or not they can perform a daily task. Her passion for nursing and quality patient care also shines through, and she never hesitates to answer a call light or help on the floor. Becky is the kind of leader I aspire to be. She is motivating and makes me want to be a better nurse and employee.
