Becky is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and a compassionate team member who embraces the organization's high-reliability tools and tactics in her nursing career. She goes above and beyond to ensure not only the patients are safe and taken care of but also the team members. Personally, I know I can go to Becky for anything, and she will always be willing to help in any way she can, without judgment. Becky is strong-minded at establishing an environment where attributes of trust, compassion, and continued professional development are supported and modeled.
